Educational Qualification

• Operator (HEMM) Gr. III : Must have passed 10th standard with ITI (NCVT/NCVET) of 2 years duration in Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) trade or 1 year duration in Diesel Mechanic Trade. Additionally, must possess an Apprenticeship certificate in MMV or Diesel Mechanic Trade, and a valid Heavy vehicle driving license.

• Mining Mate Gr. III : Must have passed 10th standard with a valid Mining Mate Certificate of Competency (Restricted to open cast Metalliferous Mines) issued by DGMS.

• Jr. Foreman (Mines) : Must have passed Diploma in Mining/Mining Engineering with a valid Mining Foreman Certificate of Competency (Restricted to open cast Metalliferous Mines) issued by DGMS.

• Jr. Foreman (Electrical) : Must have passed Diploma in Electrical Engineering (full-time regular course) from a recognized University/Institution. Must also possess a valid Supervisory Certificate of Competency (M.V/ H.T/E.H.T) issued by the Electrical Licensing Board, Odisha covering Mining installations.

• SUPT(JOT) - Operator : Must have passed 10th standard with 2-year duration ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Electronics Mechanic/Technician Mechatronics/Electrician/Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic/Fitter Trade, along with an apprenticeship certificate.

• Operator Gr. III (different from Sl. No. 1) : Must have passed 10th standard with 2-year duration ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Electronics Mechanic/Technician Mechatronics/Electrician/Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic/Fitter Trade, along with an apprenticeship certificate.

• SUPT(JOT) - Fitter : Must have passed 10th standard with 2-year duration ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Fitter Trade, along with an apprenticeship certificate. 

• Technician (Fitter) Gr. III : Must have passed 10th standard with 2-year duration ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Fitter Trade, along with an apprenticeship certificate.

• SUPT(JOT) - Electrical : Must have passed 10th standard with 2-year duration ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Electrician Trade, along with an apprenticeship certificate.

• Technician (Electrical) Gr. III : Must have passed 10th standard with 2-year duration ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Electrician Trade, along with an apprenticeship certificate.

• SUPT(JOT) - Laboratory : Must have passed B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry.

• SUPT(JOT) - Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic : Must have passed 10th standard with 2-year duration ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic Trade, along with an apprenticeship certificate.

• Technician (Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic) Gr. III : Must have passed 10th standard with 2-year duration ITI (NCVT/NCVET) in Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic Trade, along with an apprenticeship certificate.

How to Apply

• Visit the Official Website : Go to www.nalcoindia.com.

• Navigate to Careers : Click on the "Career" page, select "Current Openings," and then click on "Recruitment of Non-Executive Personnel - M&R Complex, Damanjodi-2026".

• Prepare Scanned Documents : Scan your photograph, signature (in blue/black ink), left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and all required eligibility documents before applying.

• New Registration : Select the "Click here for New Registration" tab and enter your Name, Contact details, and Email ID to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.

• Complete Step-I : Register and create your profile using the generated credentials.

• Complete Step-II : Login using your credentials, fill out the complete application form, upload all necessary documents, and make the online payment (if applicable).

• Verify and Submit : Carefully verify all details using the "Preview" tab before clicking "COMPLETE REGISTRATION," as no changes are allowed afterward.

• Save Confirmation : Ensure you have successfully completed both steps and retain a copy of your application and fee receipt for your records.

Selection Process

• Computer Based Test (CBT) : All candidates must undertake a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 100 objective-type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be completed in 120 minutes.

• Trade Test : For specific posts (Sl. No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 13), selection includes a Trade Test in addition to the CBT, with a weightage of 60% for the CBT and 40% for the Trade Test.

• Document Verification : Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the CBT and/or Trade Test will be called for the verification of original documents.

• Pre-employment Medical Examination (PEME) : Candidates who successfully pass document verification must undergo a pre-employment medical examination to be considered for final placement.
