Access Application Link : Click on the "Apply Online" link on the Home Page and select "One Time Registration (OTR) for Examinations". Register or Log In : Create a new profile by clicking "New Registration" if not already registered, or log into your existing OTR account. Select the Post : Choose the live advertisement for the H.P. Administrative Service Combined Competitive Examination-2026 from your dashboard. Upload Documents : Upload all requisite documents (such as your Matriculation certificate, Graduation mark sheets, category certificates, and a live captured photograph). Submit Declaration : Check the preview of your uploaded documents and give the mandatory undertaking regarding their legibility and authenticity. Pay Examination Fee : Complete the application by paying the uniform examination fee of Rs. 600.00 online via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or other digital modes before the closing date.
Selection Process
Screening/Preliminary Exam — Consists of two objective-type papers (General Studies and Aptitude Test) carrying 200 marks each to serve as a screening test for shortlisting candidates for the next stage. 2. Mains Exam — Comprises compulsory papers (including English, Hindi, Essay, and General Studies papers I to III) along with one optional subject chosen by the candidate. 3. Personality Test — An interview conducted by the Commission to assess the candidate's personal suitability, mental calibre, intellectual qualities, and social traits.
