Group-B Posts

• 1. Engineer-Civil

  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.

  • Experience : None specified.

• 2. Tutor, Nursing College

  • Educational Qualification :

    • (i) Master of Science (Nursing) OR B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic Bachelor of Science Nursing with one year experience in a Nursing College recognized by Indian Nursing Council.

    • (ii) Registered as a Nurse with Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council.

  • Experience : One year experience in a Nursing College (if holding M.Sc. / B.Sc. / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing).

• 3. Nursing Officer

  • Educational Qualification :

    • Route I : (i) Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nursing from a recognized University or Institute; OR Regular Course in Bachelor of Science Nursing from a recognized University or Institute; OR Post Basic Bachelor of Science (Nursing) from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Midwifery with State Nursing Council.

  • Experience: Two years' experience in Medical Record keeping from a hospital.

• 5. Assistant Accounts Officer

  • Educational Qualification : Degree from a recognized University or institute.

  • Experience : Two years' experience in cash, accounts and budget working in a Government office or public sector undertaking or autonomous body or statutory body.

• 6. Warden

  • Educational Qualification :

    • (i) Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Home Science; OR (ii) Diploma in Hotel management or catering.

  • Experience: One year experience of management or supervision of Hostel in the Central Government, State Government, UTs, Autonomous/Statutory organization, PSUs, Universities, or recognized Research Institutes (for degree holders); OR Three years' experience for diploma holders.

  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from a recognized University or institution.

  • Experience : Two years' experience working as a Psychiatry Technician in a 100-bedded hospital from Central/State Govt., UT, Autonomous/Statutory Organization, PSU, University, or recognized Research Institute.

• 10. Medical Social Worker

  • Educational Qualification : (i) Bachelor Degree in Social Work / Sociology from a recognized University; OR (ii) Degree in any discipline with at least one year Diploma in Social Work from a recognized Institution.

  • Experience : Two years' experience working as a Medical Social Worker in a 100-bedded hospital from Central/State Govt., Autonomous/Statutory organization, PSU, University, or recognized research institute.

• 11. Assistant Administrative Officer

  • Educational Qualification : Degree from a recognized University or institute.

  • Experience : Two years' experience in administration, accounts, establishment working in a Government office or Public Sector undertaking or autonomous body or statutory body.

Group-C Posts

• 1. Technician-Non-Medical

  • Educational Qualification :

    • (i) Bachelor's Degree in Science from a recognized university; OR (ii) Class 12th pass in science stream from a recognized Board with Diploma in (Refrigeration Technology / Sanitation Technology / Electrical Engineering).

  • Experience : One year working experience in a medical institution (for B.Sc. graduates) OR Two years' experience in the concerned field in Government Recognized organizations/institutes or medical colleges (for 12th pass + Diploma holders).

• 2. Technician (Medical) (Discipline-wise breakdown)

  • Educational Qualification :

    • Option A : Bachelor's Degree in Science from a recognized university; OR

    • Option B : Class 12th pass in Science stream and a Diploma in the relevant discipline (Anaesthesia Technology, Medical Lab Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, Optometry, Respiratory Technology, Radiography / Radio Imaging Technology, or relevant subject) from any recognized institute or statutory body.

  • Experience : One year working experience in a medical institution (for B.Sc. graduates) OR Five years' experience in the related field (for 12th pass + Diploma holders).

• 3. Pharmacist

• 4. Store In-charge

  • Educational Qualification : Degree in Pharmacy OR Diploma in Pharmacy.

  • Skill Test Norms / Experience : Dictation: 10 minutes at 80 words per minute; Transcription: 50 minutes (English), 65 minutes (Hindi) on computers with relevant certificate.

• 7. Attendant (Medical)

  • Educational Qualification : Class 12th pass in science stream.

  • Experience : None specified.

• 8. Operators (Incinerator Operator-01)

  • Educational Qualification : Class 10th pass with ITI certificate course or equivalent certificate from any recognized institute.

• New Registration : Register on the portal by entering basic details such as your name, Aadhar number, date of birth, gender, email ID, and mobile number, after which a Registration Number and Password will be emailed to you.

• Fill Online Application : Log in using your credentials, fill out all required details in the application form accurately, and ensure there are no mistakes as no edit option is available after final submission.

• Upload Documents : Upload scanned copies of your clear photograph, legible signature, and all required supporting documents/annexures as specified.

• Pay Application Fee : Pay the non-refundable registration/examination fee of Rs. 590/- (exempted for SC/ST/PwBD/Women/ESM candidates) online using a Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

• Submit and Print : Finally submit the application form and take a printout of the successfully submitted application and payment receipt to keep for your records and for submission along with self-attested documents when called by BMHRC after the Computer Based Test (CBT).

Selection Process

• Step 1 : Online Registration & Application Submission — Candidates must successfully register and submit their applications online through the official BMHRC website ([https://bmhrc.ac.in/](https://bmhrc.ac.in/)) before 05:00 PM on 16th October 2026.

• Step 2 : Application Fee Payment — Eligible applicants (unless exempted) must pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 590/- via the online payment gateway by the closing date.

• Step 3 : Computer Based Test (CBT) — Eligible candidates will appear for a bilingual 100-mark CBT consisting of general sections and subject-related questions held in Bhopal, New Delhi, and Nagpur.

• Step 4 : Skill Test (If Applicable) — Candidates applying for specific Group-C posts like Personal Assistant must clear the designated skill test norms (dictation and transcription).

• Step 5 : Document Verification — Shortlisted candidates must present hard copies of their online application along with self-attested supporting documents (age, essential qualifications, diplomas, state council registration, experience certificates, category certificates, etc.).

• Step 6 : Final Merit List & Appointment — BMHRC will draw up the final category-wise merit list based strictly on the performance and marks achieved in the CBT, followed by medical fitness and document verification.
